It has a crisp and dry finish of excellent length. Natural strawberry tones folow from the nose to a soft, flavour-filled palate of bright, fruit characters. The finish is refreshingly crisp. The palate is soft, long and reminiscent of the ocean with beautiful ripe pear flavours on the finish. Sweet pineapple and melon flavours are supported by spicy roasted nut characters. The natural acidity of Marlborough grown grapes provides a wonderful backbone and length. The ripe fruit flavours entwine themselves around this. Flavoursome tropical fruit chracters. Citrus and guava fruits shine here, with nice mid-palate textures. The palate is decadent. Tipe Pinot Noir fruit flavours are complimented by the silky, velvety mouthfeel and extrordinary lenght. Red berry and dark plum fruit flavours are highlighted by black pepper and spice before subtle, savoury oak firms up the finish. Dense garnet red, apricots, plums, cherries and a wiff of mocha. A medium bodied wine with sweet plummy fruit, soft acid and supple tannins. Black pepper, ripe cherries and plums. Dark berry fruit flavours follow from the nose with hints of menthol and sweet spice. Cadbury Cream, Kahlua, Tia Maria and Cream Frangelico, Icecream and Espresso Midori, Malibu, Pineapple Juice and Cream White Rum, Cointreau & Strawberry Liquor Vodka, Tomato Juice, Spices Midori, Cointreau, Vodka, Cranbery Juice and Lemonade Vodka, Tequilla, White Rum, Cointreau, Lemon Juice and Coke Vodka, Cointreau, Mango Puree, Lime Juice and Lemonade Butterscotch Schnapps and Baileys Kahlua, Midori and Baileys Rich and Vibrant with ripe spicy fruit, toffee and walnut flavors leading to a cleansing finish.
